Forgiveness is something we're always hearing about, yet many of us struggle with it. Our attempts at forgiveness may fall short, leaving us with unresolved resentment, anger, and pain held in our personal vibration.

Forgiveness Procedure

I am fully connected to the God Power within me. (This is the most important part of the procedure--the part that makes it work.)

I completely forgive ______________, and now I am free.

I bless ______(him/her) and release ______ (him/her) to ______(his/her) highest good, and the God Power within ___________(him/her) blesses me and releases me to my highest good.

I receive the gift of the situation now.

Systematically use this procedure for the people and situations in your past that carry a negative "charge." Then continue to use it to reclaim your energy on an ongoing basis.
