Choosing A Journal
When it comes to journaling, there are many possibilities to choose from, so allow yourself to experiment until you find what feels best for you.
Over time, your preferences may change, but the important thing is to get started and then keep going!

You may like a smaller journal that you can carry in your purse or tote bag. This size is especially good if you will be journaling on the go.
TOO LITTLE TREES
Too Little Trees is a family-owned business run by three siblings, Annie, Pat, and Paul Hayes, who plant a tree for every journal they sell.

Leather Journals
The key to using leather-bound journals is to start with the intention to fill them up as quickly as possible. Otherwise we tend to fall into the trap of thinking that they are "just too nice to use!"So instead of thinking that you should save a beautiful leather journal for "special writings," allow yourself to fill it with your daily, written conversation with yourself, however mundane the topics may be. I promise you that the beauty of your own personal truth more than matches the elegance of a leather journal!

Notebooks
Notebooks are great way to start. I spiral-bound notebooks because of the way the pages lie flat. I tend to favor the hard-covered notebooks, but the multi subject school types are also great. With these, it's possible to collage or draw on the dividers.

“Becoming a client of Kim's was like coming home and feeling protected and safe, while at the same time she helped me put on wings so I could fly. After each session of working with Kim, I felt myself step up onto the next level of truth, love, self acceptance, connection and of course, abundance.” Bianca Zoie, https://biancazoie.ipower.com
