How to Use the Focus Wheel to Raise Your Vibration
Most of us have things in our lives that are not the way we want them to be. We’ve developed patterns of thinking that hold our vibration in the same place on those subjects.
The Focus wheel, inspired by Abraham-Hicks, is so powerful because it helps you raise your vibration gradually, in small increments, so that you can change your vibrational patterns and thus change what you’re attracting.
The first step is to pick something in your life that’s not as you want it to be. We’ll call this something you DON'T Want.
Next, decide what you would like, instead. Create a sentence that represents what you would like, and put it in the center of your focus wheel.
(It's best to use a pencil for this, you might need to erase a few times until you get a sentence that feels best!)
The second step is to begin filling in the sections of the wheel, in order, starting at the twelve o'clock position.
Staying with the subject you've chosen, write a good-feeling statement that feels true to you.
Go around the wheel writing statements that feel better and better. After you write each one, ask yourself: does it feel true? Does it feel good?
Keep adjusting until it feels right
Fill in all the sections, then read the statement in the center again. You'll probably be amazed at how much closer to that statement you feel now.
Try doing a new focus wheel every day, on different subjects to align your energy with the better life your greater self has already created for you.
